Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. This statement sets out your key rights as a consumer purchasing from our websites.

When you purchase goods, including digital products and physical products, those goods come with the following consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Acceptable quality: Goods must be safe, durable, free from defects, acceptable in appearance and finish, and fit for all purposes that goods of that type are commonly supplied for.
  • Fit for disclosed purpose: Goods must be fit for any specific purpose you disclosed to us before purchase.
  • Match description: Goods must match any description we provided.
  • Match sample or demonstration model: Goods must match any sample or demonstration model shown.
  • Express warranties honoured: Any express warranty we provide must be honoured.

2. Consumer Guarantees for Services

  • Due care and skill: Services must be carried out with due care and skill.
  • Fit for purpose: Services must be fit for any specific purpose you disclosed to us.
  • Delivered in reasonable time: Services must be provided within a reasonable time when no time is set.

3. Your Remedies

If goods or services fail to comply with a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to: a repair, replacement, or refund (your choice for a major failure); compensation for any consequential loss; and a repair or replacement for a minor failure (our choice). For digital products, remedies may include a corrected version, a patch, or a refund.
