Product License Terms

This Commercial License applies to all digital products purchased from Agent Ellemotion (ABN 43 432 414 727), unless a specific product listing states otherwise.

What You May Do

• Use the purchased product for your own personal or business purposes
• Edit or customise the product for your own use
• Use the product to deliver services or outputs to your own clients (e.g. as a template you fill in for a client)

What You May Not Do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product file itself, in original or edited form, as a standalone product
• Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying template or design
• Upload the product to another marketplace, free resource site, or file-sharing platform
• Sublicense the product to a third party

Ownership

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under these terms — it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work to you. See our Copyright Policy for details.

Enforcement

Breach of this license may result in revoked access to future purchases and, where applicable, legal action to protect our intellectual property.
