Our Use of AI
Agent Ellemotion (ABN 43 432 414 727) uses AI-assisted tools to help design, draft, and produce some of the digital products, content, and services offered on this site, and to help build and maintain this website itself. This policy explains how we use AI and what that means for you as a customer.
How AI Is Used
- Drafting and formatting written content and templates
- Generating design elements, layouts, images, or supporting graphics
- Assisting with research and product development
- Assisting with building, editing, and maintaining this website
All AI-assisted output is reviewed and refined by a human before publication or sale. AI is a production tool we use — it does not make final decisions about what is published or sold.
Third-Party AI Image and Content Generation
Some images and content used in our products may be generated using third-party AI tools and hosting providers. In these cases, the generation itself occurs on infrastructure operated by that third-party provider, under that provider’s own terms of service and content policies. We select and review outputs before use, but we do not control the underlying AI model or hosting infrastructure of third-party providers, and cannot guarantee outputs are free from their own limitations or errors. If you believe any content on this site was generated inappropriately, contact us at admin@ellemotional.com and we will review it.
Accuracy
While we take reasonable care to review AI-assisted content for accuracy, AI tools can make mistakes. If you notice an error in a product or on this site, contact us at admin@ellemotional.com and we will correct it.
No Harmful or Deceptive Use
We do not use AI to create content that is deceptive, infringes on others’ rights, or that depicts or facilitates harm to any person, including minors. See our Online Safety & eSafety Commitment for more.
Environmental Considerations
We recognise that AI systems require significant computing power and energy, and can generate heat and strain hardware if not run in a properly controlled environment. Where we operate our own AI infrastructure, we take reasonable steps to run it responsibly. Where we use third-party AI providers, we rely on those providers to operate their infrastructure safely and within applicable environmental and safety standards.
Marketplace Disclosure
Where a specific marketplace (such as Etsy) requires AI-use disclosure on a listing, that listing will carry its own disclosure in line with that platform’s policy, in addition to this page.
