1. Application

This Standard Licence Agreement applies to all digital products purchased from our websites where no other specific licence is stated at the point of purchase. A Standard Licence is the default licence for most digital products.

2. Grant

Subject to payment and compliance, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the licensed product for personal use and limited internal business use as described below.

3. Permitted Uses

• Use the licensed product for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Use the licensed product for internal business presentations, reports, and documents not distributed externally.
• Modify the licensed product for personal or internal use only.
• Print the licensed product for personal display or internal reference.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Use the licensed product for any commercial purpose, including selling, licensing, or distributing products or services that incorporate the licensed product.
• Use the licensed product in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials.
• Use the licensed product in client work, freelance projects, or work-for-hire arrangements.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the licensed product with third parties.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution marks.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this licence excludes any non-excludable consumer right under the Australian Consumer Law.
