1. Nature of Custom Orders

We specialise in custom and made-to-order products. We do not hold generic stock. Every physical product is manufactured, printed, or produced specifically upon receipt of your order. This reduces waste and ensures every product is made exactly to your specifications.

2. Production Commencement

Production commences within hours of order confirmation. Once production has commenced, cancellation is not available except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us before ordering if you have any questions to avoid cancellations.

3. Cancellation Before Production

If you request cancellation before production has commenced, we may approve the cancellation at our discretion. A cancellation processing fee may apply to cover administrative costs already incurred.

4. Cancellation After Production Commencement

Once manufacturing or production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled for change of mind. You remain liable for the full purchase price. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, not as described, or fails to comply with a mandatory consumer guarantee.

5. Lead Times

Lead times for custom products are stated on the product page and may range from 2–21 business days depending on complexity. Lead times commence from order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by material shortages, supplier delays, or Force Majeure Events.
